I guess I'm not using it properly because I listen to this stuff when I am awake, because I'm not fond of listening to anything really when I'm trying to sleep. But this works when you're awake too, it raises my vibration when I am awake, whether that's what it's meant for or not.

Bless You John. I struggled to sleep long and peacefully for many years. I was taking more & more sleep medication but finally decided to stop taking them. Enough is enough. The anxiety & withdrawals were difficult at first, but Thanks to your meditations, I haven't slept this good in years & I'm feeling so much better.

The creepiest thing i noticed near the end is they pretend their healing from some trauma while taking on your personality as their own . They transform like this when they meet a new supply . It's really not flattering to watch , its creppy as all hell . But the pain they leave you with is a tough one to heal from . The one thing you have to remember is we will heal . They never will. They only shapeshift but they're still the same miserable person inside as when you met them.

I’ve been listening to Mr. and Mrs. Moyer for many years now and have great success with my insomnia. I was a paramedic for 31 years and have tons of mental baggage from my service in my extremely rural hometown area. I’ve worked cardiac arrests on my grandpa, aunt , uncle and countless friends and family members. Don’t get me wrong, I wouldn’t erase the bad memories for anything and they have defined the person I have grown into…..the memories just tend to disturb my sleep patterns quite often….these meditations have been life changing

I'll try this out of pure desperation. After spending 1/3 of my life with someone and due to not realizing how she felt I lost her. She tried and tried and got tired and now I simple can't continue, I never felt so miserable in my life. Out of all the things I enjoy there is nothing that can give me a 0.00001% of what being with her felt. It sucks so much to know that I could talk to her and how there are millions suffering for actually losing someone. I hate feeling this but hopefully something good can come up, I doubt it and at this moment I just want to sign out because of how there is no joy in anything anymore. Fingerscrossed this can help

I will no longer dwell on the past, i release her for good into the universe forever.
